This is an online talk, as part of the RDLAC history club and Newham Heritage week. The talk will be given by Mark Gorman and Peter Williams.

The talk will highlight local people power, focusing on the development of Forest Gate and its rapid change from a rural village into a suburb in a few decades, but also the continuities from the past.
