Architecture has the power to promote change and within the context of a ‘Climate Emergency’ this could not be more important.
It takes the dedication and hard work of an entire team of clients, consultants and contractors to deliver a project, especially one that seeks to move away from the conventional in pursuit of a more sustainable future.
Over the last few years InsideOut have been working on an innovative development of 14 homes in Kent designed to the Passivhaus standard, which once complete will be one of the UK’s first privately funded multi-residential developments of its kind. The project quietly challenges convention resulting in the provision of green roads, a new community woodland, off grid sustainable drainage, as well as achieving Passivhaus using traditional construction methods.
Join us as we celebrate collaboration and hear insights from the key members of the project team about the success and challenges that arose, ask questions and join the debate on the future of sustainable homes and development
